16 or 20 ounce can
crushed pineapple (drained)
3 ounce package cherry gelatin,
dry
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can sweetened, condensed milk
12 ounce carton whipped topping |
Empty drained pineapple in a large bowl. Sprinkle
gelatin over and stir. Mix in pie filling and sweetened
condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping. Keep
refrigerated. If you want, you can freeze this salad in a
glass, flat dish, covered tightly with foil and take it out
about a half hour before serving then cut it in squares. I
either put it on a lettuce leaf and call it a salad, OR leave
the lettuce off the plate and call it a dessert.
